We are delighted to announce the winners of two awards, who have each received £1000 to be used to forward the aims for their project as well as mentorship support from the Centre for Global Equality for a year. The Awards and Winners are:
- The Dr K Anji Reddy Centre for Global Equality Award for Global Health Innovation:
MANY congratulations to WATER SCOPE for winning this prestigious award.
Dr Reddy’s has significantly increased access to healthcare for the world’s poorest people by lowering the cost of pharmaceutical drugs. In recognition of this contribution the Dr Reddy’s Award aims to stimulate innovative approaches to enhancing the health and wellbeing of people living in poverty.

The Centre for Global Equality (previously the Humanitarian Centre) has been a hub for dedicated member organisations and individuals for several years. We are constantly inspired by the fantastic work that is being carried out in the international development sphere around Cambridge and wish to further support initiatives that are making a significant positive contribution.
