IMMI Watch is a low-cost, battery-powered digital watch that discreetly tracks the menstrual cycle without an app. Developed for contexts where smartphones or data are not reliable or appropriate, the watch is being used with UNFPA in programmes that pair simple, privacy-preserving tracking with participatory learning in schools and communities. Data are stored on the device and can be wiped by the user, supporting safety and autonomy in low-connectivity settings.
